Rigid Machine Structure
■
The structural parts of the machine are
manufactured from durable, tempered for stress relief. This assures lifetime
accuracy.
■
The Y-axis on the bas is equipped with two
linear ways with 850 mm.
span between linear ways. It provides a solid support with superior stability
and rigidity, making the machine excellent for precision parts and mold
machining.
■
The counter-balance weight is equipped with a
guide rail, which provides a from support when the
spindle head is performing cutting or traveling up or down. The design solves
poor machining problems due to spindle head vibration and assures high.
■
The extra heavy column is an isosceles triangle
shape construction with a great span for increased to the massive and stable
base to assure high accuracy machining.
■
The saddle and table are double box type
construction to achieve minimum machining vibration and maximize machining
accuracy.
