Ultimate Heavy Turning for the next Era
TTB-40 Series offers 860mm swing over bed and maximum 205mm spindle through hole for oversized parts. The high torque output from gearhead design combined with high rigidity structure achieve excepting heavy duty turning results with high precision and stability.

Independent Spindle Gear Box (TTB-40C/CM)
The 3-step gearhead design is capable of 4,500Nm torque output to meet the heaviest cutting conditions.
TMT Hydraulic Turret
The hydraulic turret uses NOP hydraulic index motor driven and high precisioncurvic coupling, permitting accurate tool positioning.
Programmable Tailstock w/Turning Center
MT5 live quill design allows the dead center to turn with the workpiece to reduce friction and improve workpiece accuracy and load capacity.
BMT Power Turret(TTB-40M Series)
The highly rigid BMT turret has large torque output and stronger tool locking mechanism to handle heavier cutting conditions while improving tool interference. The BMT turret is ideal for heavy turning and milling applications.
Spindle Oil Chiller (TTB-40C/CM)
All spindle bearing and gears are cooled through spindle cooling system to maintain thermal growth and prolong spindle and gearhead life.
Manual/Hydraulic Steady Rest(OPT)
The steady rest is ideal for long bar turning application and can be manually adjusted to reduce the vibration and maintain machining stability.
Manual/ Auto Tool Presetter(OPT)
The tool presetter shortens tool set up time and can easily measure tool wear to ensure machining accuracy.
Front and Rear Chuck(OPT)
Chucks are mounted at front and rear of spindle, ensuring high stability when workpieces cutting long bar. Specially designed for cutting large pipes and bar material.
