Optimum Structure for Power Turning
- One Piece 45ﾟ slant bed structure adopts Meehanite Grade casting and incorporates higher level of special metal to enhance the dampening and density of its casting, which enforces machine rigidity and stability.
- To reduce the structure deformation, 3-D FEM analysis is adopted for optimizing the structural design of TTB-45 Series.
- Extra wide box ways design on x, z-axis, suitable for heavy cutting.

Servo Turret
Directly rotary tool change presenting servo turret rapid and accurate tool change performance. T to T tool change time only take 0.7 sec.

The tailstock can be operated by suing "M" commands for increased operating convenience.

MT5 live quill design allows the dead center to turn with the workpiece to reduce friction and improve workpiece accuracy and load capacity.
Gear box
With 2 speed gearbox transmission, it can output high torque in low RPM to meet the toughest cutting conditions.
Front and Rear Chuck
Chucks are mounted at front and rear of spindle, ensuring high stability when workpieces cutting long bar. Specially designed for cutting large pipes and bar material.
Manual/Hydraulic Steady Rest (opt.)
The steady rest is ideal for long bar turning application and can be manually adjusted to reduce the vibration and maintain machining stability.
Manual/ Auto Tool Presetter (opt.)
The tool presetter shortens tool set up time and can easily measure tool wear to ensure machining accuracy.
