- The one piece cast base incorporates FEM analysis to achieve its optimal ribbing and structure to further enhance machine rigidity and stability.
- The 45ﾟ slant bed design improve the ability for chip removal.
- Servo motors are directly coupled to ballscrew with high pretension to minimize backlash and thermal distortion and improve machining accuracy.
- The rapid federate of TTL-G Series is 18 m/min for X axis and 18 m/min for Z axis. And the servo motors adopt absolute encoders for faster and more reliable positioning.
Gang Type Tool Holder System(TTL-10G/15G)
The gang type tool holder can be arranged flexibly depend on cutting needs.
The maximum capacity is 5 inner-diameter cutting tools at the same time.
X/Z Axis Linear Guideway
X/Z axis adopt with linear guideway to satisfy high accuracy and rapid moving requirement.
Servo Turret (TTL-10S/15S)
High speed servo driven turret changes tool position within 0.3 seconds with high precision and speed.
Parts Catcher (TTL-10G/15G)
The parts catcher is a synchronized design for quick collection of finished product.
The product conveyor combined with the barfeeder allows the machine to perform fully automatic operations.
Separated Independent Coolant Tank
The independent coolant tank can be cleaned easily and improve the convenience for daily maintenance.
Standard with the chip basket to easier the daily clearance. Also can reduce valuable shop floor space and increase the space utilization.
Load Monitor Function(OPT)
FANUC control system: Extra load monitor function to control tooling working to axial loading value, which can notice tool consumption in advance and reduce loss rate of production efficiently.
Optional C-axis function allows the operation for milling, drilling and tapping.
Rear Type Chip Conveyor(OPT)
