Maximize Your Production Efficiency with TMT's Machine Warm-Up Process

As CNC machine usually operates for a long period of time, it is needed to follow the turn-up and warm-up process correctly so that not only the stability of precision, but the safety of the staffs would be guaranteed. 　

This guideline lists all you have to notice while operating the machine. Please make sure the staffs understand the operation rules and could use the machine correctly.

#Before Turning Up

• Make sure the grounding is completed and the machine is ready.
• Check the function of the switches operates works well and operates the correct switches to prevent operation errors.
• Keep the hands dry and remember not to wear the gloves when pressing the switch to avoid any electrical accidents.

#After Turning Up

• Do not touch any high voltage terminal while the machine is operating.
• Warm up the machine for 10-20 minutes prior to the formal operation. Start processing while the spindle's rotating speed reaches 800rpm and the feeding axis gets to its 50% of working speed; therefore, the precision could be maintained during the processing. 　

#While Operating

• Double check there is no person standing or nothing being placed in the machine's dangerous zone.
• Keep in mind where the emergency stop button is. Press the button as long as the emergency happens.

#After Use

• Keep the machine and its relevant equipment all clean.
• Remember to maintain the machine regularly.
